All parents want to know how they can help to support their child at home if they are experiencing difficulties. However, finding the right information and advice online can be difficult. Lancashire Mind is a charity that is offering self referral well-being help for children to help them to identify lifestyle goals, the barriers there are to achieving them and how to overcome them. This is aimed at children aged 10 and above.

Lancashire County Council
Lancashire county council is running a series of online nurture groups. The groups are run over zoom and there are approximately 10 children per session. There are two different groups, one for ages 5 to 7 and one for ages 7 - 11. The sessions last for 6 weeks and cover:
Confidence building,
Feelings,
Stress and worry,
Positive and negative thoughts,
Self esteem; and
Friendships.
