If your child tests positive for covid19 during half term ..........

If one of our Whitefield children tests positive for COVID-19 over the half term holidays please can you:

 

1. Contact Mrs Foster on COVID19@whitefield-pri.lancs.sch.uk

 

2. Contact Lancashire's School Health Support Team on 01772 531555 and leave the date, name of your child and school. 

(Alternatively you can email the COVID19 Education inbox on COVID19Educationquestions@lancashire.gov.uk).  

This will allow Lancashire to alert Public Health and collated reported daily cases.
